Refund Policy
Last updated: 7 October 2026
We want you to be happy with Docket Tin, operated by JUST A LITTLE IT (ABN 39 351 334 276). If something goes wrong with a Plus subscription payment, here is how refunds work. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle, so refunds are issued through Paddle.
14-day satisfaction guarantee
If a new Plus subscription does not fit your needs, request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase and we will refund it in full.
Renewals and errors
- Accidental renewal: if you were charged for a renewal you did not want, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it if you have not used significant paid features since.
- Duplicate or incorrect charges: tell us and we will refund the full incorrect amount promptly.
- Outages: if a long outage stops you using paid features, we will refund the affected period.
How to request a refund
Email support@justalittleit.com.au from your account email, or use the receipt you received from Paddle. Include what you bought and why you would like a refund. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Cancellation instead of refund
You can cancel any time in Settings → Manage billing. Cancellation stops future charges immediately; you keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for, which is usually the better option over a partial refund.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits your consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law (including guarantees about acceptable quality and fitness for purpose).
